Mr. Bohan founded Bohan Group in 1995, after ten years in the commercial and
residential mortgage and real estate fields. He was formerly the Director of
Contract Services for National Mortgage Specialists in San Mateo, CA and New
York. His background also includes commercial asset management, D.E.
underwriting, national underwriting management, and hedge trading. Mr. Bohan
has written for the Secondary Marketing Executive, spoken at conferences,
appeared as an Expert Witness, and sits on the Capital Markets Committee of the
MBAA.

Mark Hughes
Mark Hughes is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bohan Group. In
this position he is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the
company, as well as implementation of strategic initiatives and new business
objectives. He has held a number of key positions with the firm since
originally joining in 1999 as Director of Business Development. Mr. Hughes has
over 19 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry. Prior to joining
Bohan Group, he was with Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup) for 12 years. As
a Vice President in the Mortgage Finance Group there he was responsible for
managing billions of dollars in whole loans sales and securitizations involving
all types of residential mortgage collateral.

William Powell
Mr. Powell oversees all Information Systems and Technology for Bohan Group,
including cross-product integration, in-house and client-site LANs and
Client-Server environments. Mr. Powell has over fifteen years experience in the
mortgage industry and was previously a Senior Vice President of Information
Systems with the Principal Financial Group. Prior to his position with
Principal, Mr. Powell was an officer in the Secondary Marketing department of
Sears Savings Bank and Sears Mortgage Securities, now PNC Mortgage.

Olivier Gindraux
Olivier Gindraux is Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources for Bohan Group.
In this capacity he oversees the Finance, Accounting and Human Resource functions of the
company. Mr Gindraux has over 20 years experience, primarily in financial services.
He was previously the Chief Financial Officer for Thomson Financial - Europe, Middle
East, and Africa based in London. He later became a Managing Director for Thomson Financial
in London overseeing transaction businesses, as well as a software and settlement business.
He has extensive experience with both sell-side and buy-side service offerings. He also
served as a Chief Financial Officer in the Standard & Poor's companies where he worked
for 10 years. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in New York City.

Raymond Snytsheuvel
Mr. Snytsheuvel is Vice President of Risk Management and General Counsel for Bohan
Group. In this capacity he oversees matters relating to industry compliance – including
predatory lending compliance - and risk management issues. Mr. Snytsheuvel has held a
series of positions of responsibility in various areas including internal audit controls,
compliance and legal functions, most recently, as Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel
with Option One Mortgage Corporation. Prior to that, he was in private practice supporting
clients on state, local and Federal mortgage compliance issues. He is also active in the
Mortgage Bankers Association, where he served as Chair of the Legal Committee and Chair
of the Regulatory Compliance Subcommittee.

David Salzwedel
David Salzwedel is the Vice-President of Operation for The Bohan Group.
He oversees all day-to-day operations with respect to production, client
service, staffing, recruiting and training. As such he is responsible for
all underwriting teams in our, Jacksonville, Irvine, and Bangalore, fulfillment
centers, as well as the field. He has been with the company since 2006,
and has been in the industry since 1995, holding management positions in
Underwriting, Quality Assurance, Sales, Training and Operations. Prior to
joining The Bohan Group, he worked for MDMC and Conseco Financial Services.

Daniel Milius
Daniel Milius is responsible for the architecture and development of Bohan
Group's software products. He brings to the company more than twenty years of
experience in the management, design, analysis and development of software
projects. Prior to joining Bohan Group, Mr. Milius served as Chief Software
Architect at Gateway Computers, where he was responsible for research and
development in the Internet Services Division. Mr. Milius also served as
Director of Software Development for a subsidiary of Sungard Data Systems that
develops portfolio management software for Investment Banks. Earlier in his
career, Mr. Milius gained valuable industry experience developing databases and
due-diligence software systems for the Principal Financial Group within its
Portfolio Services Division.
