Transaction Management

At Bohan Group, we hire only seasoned professionals to perform your underwriting reviews. In fact, our Transaction Management staff averages over 25 years of industry experience. Our Site Managers’ primary responsibility is to ensure that a due diligence project is performed in accordance with the client’s needs and requests. They act as the primary field contact for our clients, keeping them informed of our progress and findings. Our Transaction Managers are equipped with the tools, training and technological support to quickly respond to client requests. Bohan Group Site Managers are knowledgeable relative to our clients, industry trends, and products. They are extensively trained on BRAIN®, which allows them to easily monitor the results of the review, and produce ad hoc and/or interim reports upon request.

Our Transaction Management staff provides leadership and supervision for our underwriters and QC reviewers. They fully understand the objectives of each review, and are able to properly identify acceptable and non-acceptable loans.

Site Managers are assisted by on-site QC Managers. The QC Manager is familiar with all underwriting guidelines and matrices provided by the client or seller, and reviews all exception loans, as well as those identified for review by the client. QC staff make notational and loan disposition changes, as appropriate, and track data integrity.

Bohan Group's Transaction Management Team currently consists of five Site Managers, four Senior Site Managers, three Quality Control Managers and an On-Site Systems Specialist.

Contract underwriters employed by Bohan Group have extensive credit experience, covering a broad spectrum of product types and industry segments. Bohan Group maintains a national database of qualified underwriters, and provides them with industry, legislative and BRAIN® training, as well as the guidance and supervision of the on-site transaction management staff.
