Quality Control Reviews

Bohan Group combines extensive Quality Control experience with BRAIN QC®, our proprietary Quality Control system, to provide extremely accurate, thorough analyses of our clients’ monthly production.

Production is first sorted by product type and production source. A statistically valid sample, which meets the requirements of client investors, is then selected.

Our automated tracking system generates and tracks reverification letters, prompting a second letter when necessary. Upon completion of the reverification process, our team audits each loan, either from a copy package sent to one of our offices, or onsite at the client facility.

Results of our QC audits are presented in meaningful, actionable reports, generated by our system. The results of the review can be analyzed at a loan level basis, or can be stratified in nearly any user-defined method. Each issue is identified by its severity, area of fault, and process category.

Our flexible reporting allows clients to review the results of a given month's audit, and compare those results with prior audits.
