scrub and processing, all based on individual clients’ specifications.
BRAIN® allows our site managers to easily monitor the results
of a review, and produce ad hoc and interim reports upon request.
Final detailed reports, custom selected by our clients, are sent
electronically. Our on-line reporting allows clients to "drill
down" to loan level detail from any summary report, enabling
an investor to review all attributes of a loan, as well as the comments
and conclusion of Bohan Group’s underwriter, when making an eligibility
decision. Investor specifications relative to guidelines, reporting
preferences and contact information are retained, creating a “Bohan
client profile,” which can be used time and time again.
